I need someone to manage the customer service side of my real estate business.
YOU MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH, BOTH WRITTEN AND ORAL.
Duties will include:
- organizing and managing our databases.
- staying in contact with our clients on a weekly basis via email and/or phone.
- implementing the sales process for their home sale.
- "babysitting" the real estate agents on the team.
- receiving calls and emails that are requests by other agents to gain access to our "for sale" properties
- assisting the agents on the team in whatever way they need.
- following up with prospective leads via email and sometimes telephone
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY!
