I am looking for someone who is an excellent English speaker to handle my email, call my customers, handle my administration work and generally assist me with my business.
I currently run a franchise of a home services company, College Pro, and will be doubling my current team size. I need a responsible individual to assist me with managing my employees, customers and administration.
Training, Sales scripts, and automated processes will be provided
Calling my current and potential customers to;

- Handling current employees schedules
- Updating my on line schedule

- Checking financial information for discrepancies
- Handling emails
- Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs
- Research using the Internet or other information databases
- Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others
- Travel planning and coordination
- Email management
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
