We are looking for a low quote around the $400 mark (we're a small company) for someone to do customer support work (from home) for our sites. You MUST speak Italian and/or Portuguese fluently and be able to type grammatically. You will also be able to converse in one of: English / French / Spanish.
You will need to
1.) Answer emails via a web-based ticketing system (Kayako) or on other websites.
2.) Translate Portuguese-English-Italian
3.) Speak to customers by skype
4.) Do some admin/marketing work like: email drafting/document filling
5.) You will be required to write emails to customers to make them leave/fix feedback
6.) Updates will be required as you go through tickets/emails etc.
ONLY native Portuguese speaking with English also should apply. If you speak Italian also, that is a big bonus.
Please bid for an average of 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, for 1 month, ongoing.
It will more likely look like this (because of how there are emails from the weekend / monday)

Our ticket system allows us to track the hours you work, so please ensure you can work the hours you say. We will leave a negative review if you cannot stick to a schedule or work the aforementioned hours. I have to mention this as we have had 1 previous support person from Freelancer who was really bad.
Please bid only if you can commit for a long term and if you will also be able to increase the number of hours as the need for customer support will probably increase.
