? Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and telephone in an efficient and effective manner (within 24 hours)
? Evaluate, trouble-shoot and follow-up on customer issues
? Manage YouTube video comments
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including proper spelling and grammar
? A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Must have good Internet access with high speed connection.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
? E-commerce experience, as well as Magento experience a plus
Must be available during Eastern Standard Time between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST
Understanding of Hypnosis / Self-Help would be a big plus!
This job is on an AS-NEEDED basis. The ideal candidate will be available during business hours, but respond to inquiries and log time only when the need arises.
