I need a professional ready to make a couple of calls in the behalf of company to:
1. Determinate why customer is abandoning /terminating contract [ ex, bad customer service, bad service, wrong billing ] I just need to know why.
2. Call other customer to let them know is impossible for us to make any additional discount due current price is lowest we can handle.
Why I'm not doing those calls by my self?
Becouse I deliber to my customer only good news in my role.
