We have small web-project and we are looking for person who will process phone calls (using Skype), tickets and live chat messages made by customers.
Currently, we have no more than 20 tickets per day, we expect 5-10 phone calls per day and 30 open sessions in live chat per day. Order processing is required as well, using our control panel. It means that suspicious orders should be cancelled, chargebacks should be processed manually. The person should be ready to make a call to a customer to verify order details.
Usually, the customers are asking about payment methods, quality of services, free/trial access, how to use a service, best settings for a service, connections problems, system requirements, mobile phone versions and etc. Historically, we have answers on all of that questions, we have also canned (template) answers ready to use.
The person should learn our project to know what answer should be given to customer.
Working hours: approx. 8AM - 4PM GMT
Full length contract can be provided if person qualification is checked positive.
Speaking and writing English are required on advanced level.
