We are looking for a a phone support service with excellent quality English skills to handle customer and provider enquiries for our new website.
The enquiries will be based on how to use the site and also on payments etc. We will provide a comprehensive FAQ and help document for the call center to run off for answers. We do not expect the customer support to be able to answer questions not on the list at all. these can be referred back to us.
We are also looking at the possibility of live support on the website but this is not certain at first. We are expecting to launch in later April and we expect there to be around 10-20 calls a day maximum. This is very low volume to begin with. We need phone support availability 24/7 although this may reduce once we reach a deal.
We require all details of you company and previous testimonials. Perfect English is a requirement.
