We are in need of a person to respond to tech support for a VPN service. There will be anywhere from 2 to 10 cases to answer a day. We need a quick response time to the tech support issues. So this is something that will need to be done on a daily basis.

Ability to troubleshoot

- Fluent English

- very good writing skills in English

- Familier with basic internet protocols, such as "ping" "Port Scans" "Traceroute",

Require the following skills and knowledge

- VPN & VPN protocols

- Windows

- MacOSX a plus

- linux such as Ubuntu a plus

- sales ability
