I need a customer support manager at a startup that creates infographics and has been featured by Mashable and Techcrunch. Broadly speaking, need someone to close tickets received from clients, take calls from clients on their behalf on Skype (will provide own Skype number), provide online chat support via Zopium.
Timings from 7 AM US PST to 7 PM US PST. LMK if this can be handled. Need someone very proficient in English and with an American accent preferably.
