You will assist senior (elderly) customers with online orders:
1. Customers email you their desired items list to purchase, provide delivery instructions and gift messages, payment terms. If necessary you'll have to research the best available price, tax, shipping method according customers' preferences.
2. You set up a dedicated free email address for the customer, process their order(s) as specified, save order number or response code and any further important information.
3. Once item delivered or transaction completed, you'll provide tracking number or response message back to the customer.
This job can be done by anyone familiar with online shopping. No special skills required. English needs to be your native language and you have to reside in the USA.
