I operate a North American customer service firm. Currently all the staff or located in an office in a North American city.
I would like explore the option of off-shoring my staff.
- my staff are trained on a custom chat software
- all customer support is provided through this custom software
What is Needed:
- 20-30 virtual employees (I would start with 2-3 and build from there)
- a manager (or point of contact) that would handle all of my employees as well as train my employees
- a physical office that I could visit several times per year
- employees must be completely fluent in English
