I require a Virtual Assistant to answer emails and check a website for spam for ONE HOUR PER DAY, Monday to Friday (five hours per week).


The role requires a VA to answer customer service emails that come from two websites I am managing. The role also requires the VA to monitor another website for spam entries (three websites in total).

The answers to common questions (that will arise in the customer support emails the VA will have to check and answer) will be provided in a 'Frequently Asked Questions' document.

The VA will be required to escalate any questions they cannot answer to my email address.

The VA will require excellent written English. Examples of written English will be required.

This will be an ongoing role.

The VA MUST check the emails EVERY DAY, from MONDAY TO FRIDAY, for ONE HOUR PER DAY.
