We have possible partner that is a wifi company network with hotspots around the globe and they are currently looking for a customer support provider for their English speaking customers using their network. They are mainly interested in phone support. The nature of calls is 1st level inbound support assisting the customers with payment, usage and general queries regarding their service.
We need staff to handle calls in different schedule for our call center, we want to cover 24h/7 days schedule. We work with a virtual PBX, so our staff could be on their home. The requirements are, english speaking, knowledge of wifi and network, a broadband conection and a quiet ambient workspace.
