Responsibilities: The core of the role is answering support tickets. You’ll be trained and specialize to help users with getting started in building their website, linking related tutorials, explaining step-by-step instructions, connecting domains, customizing their site, asking relevant questions, apologizing sincerely about our bugs, and transferring users to the core team.

We are looking for contract-based workers who can work approximately 4 hours a day to start, but can be promoted to 8 hours after a couple months of good performance. At least 50% of hours must be before 9am or after 9pm local time (Manila). Start date immediate.

--Have work background in customer service (via email, phone, in-person), particularly in technology businesses
--Be quick learners who are punctual, patient, detail-oriented, critical thinkers, and assertive when asked for comments
--Understand the nuances of professional and friendly/casual written and spoken English
--Be able to work at times previously mentioned, with access to high-speed internet
--(a plus!) Have background with website building, HTML/CSS, photo-editing, domains and domain registrars, or other technical skills
