Request Tracker 4.11

I need someone who have alot of experince with Request Tracker [url removed, login to view] to help me with the design of it.

I have the RT already setup so the only thing i need is to create groups and queues and custome fileds.

I also need the person to walk me through this system to get a better understanding of how it works.

The technician need to be able to use teamviewer to my computer and using skype talk me thorugh this design.
