Description: Answer the Swedish customers call and record down the details. This is a part time job and it is flexible as you can be anywhere.
1. Answer calls from customer
2. Record details of user
a) Usual case (Details needed: Name, Mobile number, Email, Call Description)
b) Refund case (Details needed: Name, Contact, Email, Call Description, Identity number, Bank account details)
3. Compile all user details and email back to us.
4. Read our reply email.
Swedish is a must (verbal & written)
Good in communication skill & listening skill
