We need a Customer Service / Support Manager.
The tasks are the following:
• Responsibility of the Customer Service. That includes
o Taking care of phone calls
o answering emails
o Client Support – technical installation and solving client issues
• Creation of documents
• Responsible for blog posts and update of the social media
If you are experienced in trading, you know what Futures, Stocks and FOREX are, you have experience with Customer Services and Digital Media, then you are more than welcome to be a part of our company.
• Sales Experience
• Experience with Trading
• very good knowledge of NinjaTrader
• Experience in Customer Service
• Ability to communicate effectively when writing emails and other correspondence
• Native English Speaker
• Good voice
• friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong PC and Internet Skills
