Contact list research, data entry and list management using SalesForce.com - Repost - open to bidding

Using [login to view URL] as a database, the successful candidate will consolidate and manage a confidential and proprietary provided list of contact names ("the list") for a national nonprofit organization. The successful candidate can demonstrate proficiency in the use of SalesForce.com. The existing list has approximately 1500 contacts. 50% of the list is digital and the contact information is complete. The successful candidate will upload this existing list into SalesForce.com. The remaining 50% of the list must be compiled from print materials including business cards and event programs. Event materials provide contact names but have missing contact data points. On an hourly basis, the successful candidate will find missing contact data points (e.g. mailing addresses and email) using tools provided by [login to view URL] and by searching the Internet. Contact names from printed materials and data points discovered by candidate will be entered into [login to view URL] by the candidate on an hourly basis. The successful candidate will provide on-going management of the list on [login to view URL] as more prospects are provided throughout the year. On-going management includes adding names and contact information to [login to view URL] from a variety of sources both digital and print. On-going services will be provided on an as-needed basis.
