We are looking for a dependable person for a repetitive task of copying data. Job description: The source information is in the form of tables normally in MS Word, but some may be in pdf format. The information is to be pasted into an Excel Spreadsheet and saved in XML Spreadsheet 2003 format. The source document is approx. 160 pages, which results in approx. 700 lines in the spreadsheet. Requirements: The job does not require any understanding or interpretation of the (rather technical) content. However, you must carefully follow the detailed instructions about where in the spreadsheet to copy the data to. No formatting of the entries is required. Accuracy and quality is more important than speed! You must have necessary software (MS Word, Adobe reader and Excel 97-2003 or later) available. We prefer fluent English speakers to facilitate instructions and guidance.
