Data Entry to a Spreadsheet (CSV)

I need the business records for 250 businesses in a specific U.S. metro area. I'll need the following information for each record:
* Business Name
* Business Street Address (City and State will be the same for each record so these will be a default)
* Business Zip Code
* Business Phone Number
* Business URL / Website
* and a small 200x200 pixel graphic from each business website (if possible)
These records MUST be copied from an online directory that I'll show the winning bidder. I DO NOT want records to be copied from a different source than what I give, and I will check this. For example, if you intend to just send me a copy of your own exisiting database records, this won't work. Attached is the spreadsheet format that I want (it's a very simple spreadsheet). Put 'Happy New Year' in the subject of your bid, please, otherwise I will delete the bid. Thanks for looking -
