Data Entry and emails

I am looking to hire for my project. The project requires quick research to find local business owners that fit my specifications. Then to take this info and send out emails to them using the template that I provide (with minor modifications such as name etc. to personalize the message). Then put the business's info into an excel spreadsheet that includes the business name, Owners name, phone number, email, and website url. I am looking to test with 10 hours and if all goes well I will need this done every day ongoing and in bulk!
