We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us grow our exciting new online business.
Our company is launching a social networking website.
Your job will be to control the Customer Service and Sales/Marketing duties for our business.
The position will be ongoing, and in a full time capacity.
Our website is going to launch soon and we need help with the following:
1. Customer Support: Reply to emails regarding our customer support issues
2. Sales: Search the internet and use databases to find business leads for our website growth
3. Marketing: Promote our product using Social Networking and Social Media: Blogs, Facebook, Youtube, etc. Experience in SEO is an advantage.
The winning bidder will have the following qualities:
1. Excellent standard of Spoken and Written English (additional languages an advantage)
2. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft services: Lync, Intranet, Outlook etc.
3. Very well organised and motivated worker. Communication skills must be excellent.
4. Be equipped with your own equipment, including ability to make/receive phone calls
5. References and portfolio of previous work
Your work will be recorded and reviewed weekly to ensure milestones are being met.
