4. Manage company social pages and tasks: post company/product update in facebook pages, handle tasks such as writing holiday cards or sending thank you notes etc.
5. Scheduling: managing the calendars of clients, dealing with meeting invitations from others, scheduling appointments with clients and helping to plan events etc.
6. Other tasks may includes: managing email, bookkeeping etc.
