Project Description

Please review the attached XLS file, it contains around 36 products in it. Each one has a code (SKU) with which you can easily find online. Most of them are available at the manufacturer's website and very few will have to be located through Google elsewhere. This means that most have the same layout so copying the data will be easy.

I am attaching a sample ZIP that clearly shows how I need the Excel, the PDFs and images in a separate folder, with the correct file name.

This is what I need:

a) You search the code number and find, for example this page: [url removed, login to view] (most likely by using the manufacturer's search, not even Google)

b) You copy the short description in one column

c) You copy the long description and paste it IN A SINGLE CELL exactly as shown on the sample XLS. If you don't know how to paste multiple lines of text into a single Excel cell, maybe you shouldn't bid for this project.

d) You download the large image (the one that pops up when you click on the smaller one) and rename the file with the product code as name, for example "[url removed, login to view]"

e) If available, download the product's PDF and also rename the file to the product code, for example "[url removed, login to view]"

I need the following delivered back:

1. Excel file, filled with all data as previously described.

2. A ZIP file with all large images, named as previously described.

3. A ZIP file with all PDF files, named as previously described.

I will also need to see a few products before you go ahead and do the entire list, to make sure you have understood the instructions.
