We need an iOS app designed to work on an iPhone 4s that can be used to capture timecard data in the field. We are a demolition company with roughly 30 iPhones that will use the app to collect timecards from labourers, drivers, and machine operators in the field every day. The timecard must be simple to use and must include: A slot for the persons name, up to 5 slots for temps names, the time they clocked in, the time they clocked out, lunch time, travel time, the Job name, the job number, the customer name. It must then have up to 20 slots for activities. When selecting an activity we will have one master list that they can select from, ideally it will come up in a rotating wheel. Each activity has a code associated that must come up at the same time that they select the task. There then must be a slot to select how long they did each task for. The sum of their activity times must match the total time calculated from time out-time in- lunch. This data must then be exported to an excel table and emailed to a superintendent for approval, then to payroll for processing. Excel table must be compatible with index script used to drop the data into a third party accounting software. There must also be a time limit for the employee to enter time. Time for day 1 must be entered before time for day 2 can start. We want this done fast and right.
