We are looking for a talented freelancer to analyse and tag customer service issues from a database of posts on Facebook. This project will require reading 1,000 similar posts and determining the major themes, questions and comments throughout the dataset. This project will be one of many - look at our reviews, we have many longstanding relationships with our freelancers.
This will require a mastery of english and the ability to interpret human conversations to extract common themes. We are also looking for someone who is easily contactable via Skype.
Attached you will find a sample of 50 posts - we have thousands more. The successful freelancer will be whomever can read through these contacts and categorize the posts with the following:
Sentiment: Outline whether the post is positive, negative or neutral
Tags: Please tag the data with up to five tags, examples include: billing, cancellations, hardware, pricing, fees, technical assistance, roaming, apps, etc
