data entry and data mining

We have just purchased a program to extract data from various sources on the internet. We now have a need for someone to use the program to extract data from the internet and import/upload into our own proprietary web application. This is something that can be done from home quite easily with an internet connection and MS Word/Excel on your computer. Typical process is to run the program to search for various information on internet and to periodically check on it once every few minutes to monitor progress. Once it is done gathering the info, you would then need to check for duplicates, and export the data into a .CSV file. Once it is converted to a .CSV file you would then upload into our proprietary web application. You should be familiar with various technology and basic word processing software such as MS WOrd and MS Excel. If you have experience doing other types of data mining, working with Linkedin, or contact management software it would be helpful.
