We need help in the following areas:
1. Attending to the leads that come in through our email and social media accounts
a. monitoring the respective accounts every day
2. Answering queries
a. identifying and understanding the questions and concerns
b. finding the answers for them within the Full Suite team and resources
c. responding to queries and keeping the conversation going with the respective leads
3. Preparing proposals and contracts
a. sending out proposals to those that request them
b. preparing contracts with the pertinent information and sending them to prospective clients
c. organizing the proposals and contracts
4. Following up with the prospective clients
The end of the process is determined by closing deals and handing over the clients to the Operations Department.
