We need you to help us test our remote tech support agents. Our agents get calls from people with all type of tech support issues (viruses, driver problems, system upgrades, network setup, and more). We want you to do a short call into our call center and pretend to be a potential customer with a problem. Come up with a real or potential problem on your computer, call our 800 number, let the agent remote connect and diagnose your PC. Go through the sales process and express an interest to purchase. Go all the way to the transaction page with the agent and then end the call before entering your personal data.
Afterwards, send us a short report/review of the call and agent's name. Most importantly, send us the URL of any websites the agent told you to visit during the sales/signup process.
We need 8 separate test sessions (to test various agents), each session should take 15-30 minutes. Ideally, you should call in from multiple phone numbers if possible. The whole project should take 3-5 hours, requires US based phone number, and a computer.

I've done a year of support. I'm a very technical individual, and have done a lot of software testing. I'm familiar with all sorts of computer problems and can fake all sorts of computer problems. Sounds like fun!
