We are seeking an Online Trade Exchange Agent with good data entry and customer service skills to be responsible for attending to clients and customers for e-trade exchange services via the Company's database within the assigned zone/region.
This position requires skills in customer service, data-entry, service marketing, financial reporting and online task handling. Hired personnel will also be responsible for computing and entering data into a computer using alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents by using data entry device, such as keyboard or optical scanner and following format displayed on screen to respond to clients and relay information to the assigned head of units and persons within our firm.
Necessary task handling training will be conducted online to guide hired personnel on the nature of task to be assigned and all task are being handled on the computer with authorization and monitoring via database platform.
