You will be required to speak very good English, verbally and when in correspondences via email, live chat and the ticketing system.
This is a full time role and therefore you will need to be available for 37.5 hours a week of a minimum. All your activity will be tracked while you are working and therefore people looking to add this job to their current list of jobs need NOT apply. DUTIES
Accepting New Users
1. Click User
2. Uncheck box at top of page
3. Add user to email system
4. paste two lines of text
5. Save
6. Send a text message
Verifying Models
1. View support ticket
2. Make sure the user has submitted two documents within the ticket (Photo I.D and Headshot Image) along with a stage name that must appear to be a real full name however it cannot be the users own. (If they are missing something then ask the user to upload them by messaging them through a support ticket)
3. Add stage name on to a third party website
4. Add the stage name which involves entering models personal information using the I.D provided ( into 6 - 7 input fields
5. Upload models I.D photo
6. Enter Models information using the I.D photo ( into 3 input fields )
7. Generate a form then send it to the user via the support ticket
8. Follow instructions below from sections 2.
Finalising Models Application
Once the model has returned the form signed please upload it to where you originally generated the form for that individual (can be found in pending models).
1. Change the user on the email system as a "Performer"
2. Copy users broadcasting details from third party website
3. Search on the system for the user and open the users record
4. Paste the broadcasting details from the third party site to the users profile fields.
5. Send them the approval email (customised)
6. Message them through the "Support Ticket" letting them know we have approved them.
7. Close the ticket
- SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER -
As a senior account manager you will also have the same responsibilities and an account manager and the exact same duties will apply however you will have following additional duties to complete:
- Quality checking others work
- Managing the overall performance of staff
- Setting performance targets for account managers
- Making sure all application has been reviewed
- Calculating payments for models every 14 days
- Answering emails / questions from models
- Answering questions from account managers
