I am looking for you who have knowledge in the property market and legal knowledge in Spain
We are looking for small properties ( 1-3 family apartments or buildings) that has been ”abandoned" or not used for a long time to buy for a very low price.
As the building has been "left" we believe that the owners are not that interested in owning the property or have no economic ground for maintaining it.
Or if there is a way to buy off the market properties like repossessions or similar but to a crazy low price compared to the list prices.
We are looking for a non-standard way to buy land and property so if you could find another impressive way to get properties you are welcome to help us with that to.
We want to know:
How to get in contact with house owners in Mallorca and Ibiza
Where we can post job add for free online
Is there some kind of trainee, temp, free work solution? Many countries have this for people without work to make us employers "test" the workers ability to perform the task at hand.
What obligations does a property owner have?
If the property roof falls down am I somehow forced to tear the building down?
If there is risk that the roof for example blows away in the wind and hit a car or a person, how am I responsible?
What other obligations does a property/house owner have like property tax or any other? Please give a list of everything that you are responsible for.
