You will contact Principals, Guidance Counselors and Superintendents at High Schools with a pre-scripted email.
You will need to include the name of the high school in both the title + once within the body of the email. You will also need to include the recipients' name in the greeting.
You will be provided with lists containing the information of the people you will be contacting along with their email addresses.
You should have experience sending emails via Mail Merge or should be willing to watch instructional YouTube videos to learn how.
You will be placing a bid on researching and sending 300 combined emails (within the instructions we give you)
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
-Minimum 9th Grade English Skills. This is a MUST.
-Must be able to speak English over a phone.
-Strong USA cultural knowledge.
-Understand what a Principal, Guidance Counselor and Superintendent does; You MUST know the difference between High School, Middle School and Elementary School.
-You must understand what the SAT and ACT tests are (you will be required to answer these questions before being given any work).
-You should also understand the definitions of: Public School, Private School and Charter School.
You will use email accounts developed exclusively for this project. You will be furnished with the login information upon hiring.
You will deliver a final excel spreadsheet detailing the following information:
-High School Emailed
On this Excel Spreadsheet, you will also keep a log of websites that did not provide an email address, but only a contact box.
