Excel Worksheet with Macro and Conditional Formatting

I just want to show my Manager that it can be done using by both conditional formatting and Macro.
My main motive is that in the Home tab of the spreadsheet in front of Job 1 there is red color it should change to green when I delete all the validate text in Job 1 tab and if I retype validate again in Job 1 the color of the cell should turn to red again.
So basically I want it to search the whole sheet for the word 'VALIDATE' if it does not find it red should turn to green and if there in nothing in Job 1 tab and if I type VALIDATE in any cell the green color should change to red again.
