French facebook Fan - 500 to 1k

Hi there, I need to have at least 500 to 1 k followers on my fan page and website page ASAP. They have to be 90% French, either from France, (Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg is fine if less than 25%) and otjer countries for 10% (US, Canada). I don't want any force invite or anything like this. Please show references for this work. You must meet ALL of the following requirements: * All fans must be real accounts * All fans must be active accounts with 5 friends or more and 4 photos or more * You must not add fans in a way that will get the page banned or suspended -- there will be no payment if the page is suspended within 30 days of delivery * All fans must be aged 18 and above. * Your work will be checked . Please include with your bid: * Accurate date of delivery * URLS with examples of previous Facebook fan page work any past work you have done with facebook using French. IMPORTANT: You will be paid 50% 15 days after project delivery. You will be paid only for those fans that remain active after 15 days.
