easy data entry- long term full time

I am looking for someone to do broker price opinions in the real estate industry. If you already have done broker price opinions and can prove it you will get this project automatically. If no one on this site is trained in doing so i will train you. I am looking to this long term and will be keeping you for a long time if you do a good job. I can accept any where from 4-10+ broker price opinions in a day, its all about how many you can do. They usually take 40 minutes to 1 hour to complete. If you know what you are doing you can get many of them done in one day. I am looking for someone to do them full time and devote much of their time to them. I will be emailing instructions via email daily so you will have to check your email frequently. I will train you via internet telephone if you do not know how to do bpo's. I am looking for someone that delivers on time, is hard working, and pays close attention to detail. You must speak good English and have good communication skills, and you must be a quick and eager learner. Pay for these will be $3 for each report you complete and you will be paid every two weeks with possible raises. I look forward to working with you.
