1.8 years of experience in oracle and windows application maintainance and updates for the client Jacobs Engineering International U.S.A
 Started my carreer with applications JEMS and ETS for Jacobs Client.
 Maintained JEMS (Jacobs Expence Management System) application in windows platform. Issues like user update for certain errors in database are updated accordingly for JEMS. Issues related to P.C windows based erors are deled by installing certain tools like Java, making some settings in client machine and providing path for the JEMS application a working envinorment.
 Under JEMS, many supporting tasks like Receipt processer forced,
J-DOCS , Amex remit USA for according to pirtuclar week date, Daily pay A.M for every week day. AMEX relates to Credit card processing of user and updating user account.
 Maintained ETS (Electroni Time Sheets) relates to verifing user at various levels of work, concluding user data to reset password if data is concerned and gueniune with user.
 Under E.T.S, supporting tasks like Password reset.
 E.T.S is a highly equipped application which cannot be run on a normal machine, so there should be a large replacment of dll files done manually and set the application.
 Support to developers in my company:
1. Vware MAC, android, and other operating systemsfor theit feesablity of Iphone and android developers.
2. Direct boot of MAC (Apple) operating system to ease the development.
3. Virtual servers and virtual operating systems using oracle virtualbox and Vmware.
4. Maintaining daatabase, and giving and its security for further reference.

My strong will,passion and determination to learn things lead me to a path of learning vmware.
I have achieved several goals and crossed several hurdles to learn the minimizing the number of servers used by a company using Esxi, Vsphere tools etc.
By this achievement, I have completely understood the process of implemetation and reducing the number of servers used using single server.
By this we can increase optimization and utlization of server (VMware) with a low cost and at a low amount of labour staff used.
There is a concept where the need for the vendor, client, firm or a company needs a place where there is need to reduce their resources and increase work efficiency.
Here comes the concept of virtuvalization which leads to the arise of concepts such as using many operating systems at a single instance.
• Reducess the risk of virus infection in a network.
• Reduces time of multibooting and preparation of multibooting.
• Using a pirtuclar application at a time on a single machine, in different operating systems, in different resolutions at a time and only on a single machine.
All the above process takes a time of time of application run multiplied with the time of booting or it takes an amount of reduction of around 5 to 6 Computers.

Helpdesk Management:
Help desk management, helpdesk maintainance, issue resolution, issue troubleshooting etc.
IT Support:
Played a major role in assisting ETS and JEMS users for troubleshooting and maintainig extra tasks like AMEX, GFS ticket creation,JDOCS,payment Currencey error trouble shooting,Not in HR update,Daily pay A.M,Amex Remit USA etc. at jacobs.
