Article submission service needed

I need somebody to submit for me articles to article directory websites. All articles must be submitted by hand, no automated submissions. I will provide the articles you don’t have to write them. I will also give you a list of the sites where I want you to post (you will post only to these sites ). All you have to do is to copy and paste the articles in the right category. After each post I want you to save the link into an excel file and a snapshot of the screen so that I can check that the work was done.(I will not pay without the proof of work being done) Please provide the following to be considered: - cost per post - how many posts can you do/day or /week Thank you!
