Noas Producciones, a small firm that produces parties, weedings and all kinds of eventos needs to create a form where we can insert customers requirements such as Name, telephone, email and service needs to create automatics quotes.
Based on the following fields:
Date & Time of the event:
Direction of the event:
Number of Guest
Event type: ( Wedding, Graduation, Private Party, Gala, Aniversary, University Event, others) It's obligatory to add more field on the picking list in case we need it.
Services needed: (Music & PA, Dj, Vj, Pro Lighting, Escenario, Decoration Lighting, Bartender, etc..) It's obligatory to add more field on the picking list in case

After the customer fill the form the "program" (Macro EXCEL) has to press a buttom that execute and deliver an automatic quote, based on the style of the quote attatched and with the information requiered.
Furthermore, depending of the differente picking list the programa has to selected a price for the services. This price has to be determined on a Admin (page) where I can put the condition for each case of pricing.
Finally all the information of the client has to be saved on another sheet, saving all the information.
Technology requiremetns: Macro, EXCEL, Word (if you know how to send all the information to WORD).
