We require a virtual assistant to perform several basic customer service tasks. 100% email based, no phone calls to or from customers required.
Duties include replying to customer emails, e-mailing suppliers, creating invoices and sending them to customers and daily maintenance of spreadsheets. Must have excellent English skills. Successful candidate will need the have good problem solving skills and will take ownership of the role. 1 week trial period with full training and guidance over skype will be provided.
Working hours will be between 7:00am AEST (GMT +10) and 6:00pm AEST (GMT +10)
Approximately 20-30 hours per week for a period of 6-8 weeks. There will be an option of extending longer if performance is satisfactory.
