Project Description

I would like someone to provide out of hours (relative to GMT/London Time) support on evenings and weekends by answering customer questions arriving at our online platform. These could come from our website or from social media or email.

It's a very straightforward system and full details will be provided to allow questions to be answered fully. You will also be able to pass the support "ticket" on to us if you feel you cannot answer it.

This will be a few hours work a day at around 7pm GMT, 10 GMT and after midnight if possible. Also a few hours on a Saturday and Sunday around 2pm GMT. We will be paying hourly as well as a bonus if you answer a large number of tickets.

We anticipate a steady start with maybe only a handful of tickets a day but there is the possibility of doing far more work and hours in the near future if everything works out.
