We are looking for an individual to help us ORGANIZE our file/folders on Dropbox, and enter relevant data into our spreadsheet.
THIS TASK WILL TAKE PLACE BETWEEN *THIS FRIDAY* AND NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BY *MONDAY MORNING* -- so it requires you to sacrifice your weekend.
This tasks consists of four parts:
1) Fill out a spreadsheet form (Excel) using the data we give you
2) Confirm that the folder names in our Dropbox account are correct and match up
3) Find relevant imagery from another folder and rename/copy to the relevant folder
4) Create a document listing each session and data regarding it
This will need to be done for around 78 individual items. We will provide a full job list.
It will take around 15-20 minutes per item. We will provide you with a full, step-by-step guide to doing the task, and provide you with access to our Dropbox account to check everything.
This is a progressive job. Not ALL of the relevant files/folders will be there initially, however will drip feed in over the weekend. However the work needs to begin on FRIDAY latest and finish by Monday (ie, by Monday 3rd 2012 AM). Therefore you will need to keep checking/updating and working at various points throughout the weekend, and ensure you are entirely free over that time period. Failure to complete this task will result in a very negative review/arbitration. You will also need to ensure 100% ACCURACY.
