Project Description

I need a someone to cut and paste data between 2 spreadsheets in excel.

You will "cut and paste" similar entries from the main spreadsheet into a second spreadsheet according to the keyword in the record.

Please see sample files for an example. Sheet 1 is the Main file and Sheet 2 is the Categories.

Sheet 1 is the main/master file that contains ALL of the records. As you scroll down the page, many entries begin with the same keyword such as "Bags", "Ballet" or "Bamboo". You will group these records together according to the first word (Bags, Ballet or Bamboo). Paste this group of records into Sheet 2. Only cut and paste the records if there are more than 12 similar records. (Similar keywords can be grouped together such as "Baby" and "Babies")

I have only attached a sample portion of the main file. The selected winner will received to entire main file. The main file has 88,000 records that must be sorted.

This project must be done accurately. It should be done manually unless you have a very good script or macro.
