We are seeking a smart person, with excellent written communication skills, for a full time position as a Data Entry/Admin Specialist. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, and with online research. Successful applicant will also have bookkeeping experience and knowledge, including AR, AP, and reconciliation.
Additional requirements include:
1) Communication will be via email, and Skype Instant Message. This means you must be a competent typist.
2) Must have reliable internet and electricity, or a back-up plan in case of any outage.
3) Must be a problem-solver, with the ability to quickly find creative solutions, and think on your feet.
4) Strong ability to follow instructions, ask for clarification when needed, and clarify expectations, for a smooth and enjoyable working relationship.
5) Most of all, applicant must be reliable, and honest, with a lot of common sense.
This is a full-time job (part-time also available for the right person) with a fixed schedule. Some flexibility in hours is possible, as several shifts are available. If you are also flexible with setting the schedule, that's a plus. Pay starts at $[url removed, login to view] per hour during training, and will increase to $4 per hour if successful.
