I'm hiring for a company that's looking for people to submit reports about bed bugs for a website for a research project. Your job will be to find all bed bug reports on tripadvisor (and other sources) for a city (you will be given a list of different cities to check), and fill out a submission form and submit it for a website with some of that information.
Locate specific reports about bed bugs on tripadvisor and other sources and submit a unique written summary of the report on a website.
You will submit (via a form on a website), the following information about hotel bed bug encounters:
*Hotel information mentioned in the TripAdvisor review: Name of TripAdvisor reviewer and Hotel Name mentioned in review.
*Brief summary (UNIQUE content, you basically briefly summarize the bed bug encounter from the TripAdvisor review. This will usually be 30-100 words about the encounter.). Will also include:
-Short summary of the hotel guest's encounter with bed bugs
-mention of how the hotel responded to the guest's complain about bed bugs (if guest told hotel management)
*Date of guest's stay at that hotel (information is listed at bottom of TripAdvisor review).
I will provide you with the search terms to search for the bed bug reports on Google with. Typically, you can do a report submission between 1-3 minutes (5 minutes if you are slow). If you are fast and once you get the hang of it, you can probably pump out a one submission every 2 minutes (which includes finding a tripadvisor review about bed bugs + posting the report on it). In one hour, you should be able to do between 20-30 submissions.
I would like someone who is able to do between 20-100 submissions a day. If you can really put the work in and do a 200 or so a day, even better. On a whole, I'm looking for someone who can do a total of 2 thousand submissions over the course of a couple months. So there is several thousand dollars US of work for someone here IF you can prove you can do a good job.
This is very low skill work. You are NOT coming up with creative article writing or anything like that. You are simply searching for bed bug reports online (TripAdvisor, LonelyPlanet Forums, etc), writing a very brief summary of the bed bug encounter (in your own words -- you are NOT allowed to copy and paste reports/reviews) and submit it.
Project Length: 2 week Maximum
Project Amount: 500 submissions into the database

This job is perfect for:
Non-native born English speakers with a good level of English (Indians, Vietnamese, Filipinos for example) who can put in some good time
Must be able to do basic research using Google Search (to find reports to write about) and good have English skills. You've got to be able to write fluent English that's grammatically (grammar is important) correct. This includes spelling checks and punctuation.
As part of the interview, you will submit 5 sample test reports so I can judge your ability to do the job well. This should only take you 10 to 20 minutes. If the sample report submissions are good (and your writing is good), you've got the job. Note, you won't be paid for the 5 sample tests you do.
