We are looking for a Excel expert for creating an Excel document where we can key in booking related information for Accommodation Rentals. From the data inserted, it should show automatic nice looking graphs for Turn oVer, Liquidity, Cash Flows, etc...
Data should be possible for us to easily insert
Data to be inserted by us is:
TAB 1 for Booking related details (contains Order Number, Client Name, Country, Region, Number of travelers, Booking Date, Travel Dates (from to), Down Payment Date, Down Payment Amount, Balance Payment Date, Balance Payment Amount, Total Amount).
TAB 2 for OverHead Costs (contains Salaries, Rent, etc..) and Bank Account details (current saldi). It should also be possible to indicate if a overhead cost is due weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or yearly and on which date it is payable. Bank Account saldi is to be done/imported weekly.
All information should be processed in different Graphs, for example: 1 for Booking Intake, 1 for Booking Related Cash Flow, 1 for Liquidity, etc....
We currently use different documents but all should be done in 1 document with nice professional Graphs.
