I need a simple solution to input the orders form excel spreadsheets, that would automatically update stock levels, allow por manual update of daily sales and could spread stock to various locations. I would need it to be capable of producing reports of stock level for monthly inventories and where I could upload lists of new products and new orders from excel rather than manually, one by one. Since it is meant to be used with only one supplier and their product codes I would need it to clasify items accordingly. The main difficulty with that is that the product i.e. 2814 100 and 2814 222 are the same product of different colour and 9900R and 9900G would also mean the same. I would need to overcome this problem that excel sees them differently, and be also able to quickly check i.e. how many 2814 and 9900 are in total and have them in correct order by their first 4 digits only (i.e. 2813, 2814 100, 2814 222, 2815G, 2815R, 2816)...
It should also be able to populate fields with item description/purchase cost/suggested retail/ wholsale price/ retail price and allow to appy discounts when typing in codes of sold products and to be able to chose wholsale/ retail sale price depending on location of the stock.
