We are looking for a master excel person who can help us daily during US hours. We are looking for a data manipulation specialist who can take data from many of our vendors in .CSV/.XLS format and combine those multiple sheets into one master sheet. Also will need to data merge some columns, and remove duplicate records by email, and by phone.
Also will need to dupe check against past spreadsheets.
We handle about 15,000 records a day. We simply need to combine them into a standard format. Remove the unwanted columns, then remove duplicate records. May need advanced skills like merging cells to make a Firstname and Last name column, one field such as name.
You must be able to communicate effectively in English, and work with us on skype, email, and phone if needed. We handle very sensitive data and discretion is a must.
I have attached some samples of data that comes in and a final product of what we want it to look like.
The file EPORDERS2 is what the data starts off like. The file CSV file demo is what we want it to end up like.
Please bid to handle and manipulate about 10,000-15,000 records spreadsheets a day. I on average spend about 1hr a day doing this and want to outsource it.
Also must be able to duplicate check the file.
In the future we will program a php script to do this automatically.
Must be able to get this file nightly from us, and have it waiting in our inbox by 8am CST (USA), so that we can email blast the file invoices, etc before we start our morning call center.
Must be able to start ASAP.
