I need to have approximately 2,200 address/contact entries transferred from a PDF document into an excel spreadsheet.
The PDF document is 49 pages in length.
Each of the address entries will need to be transferred into a spreadsheet that includes the following columns: Last Name, First Name(s), Address, City, State, Zip and Email Address.
Please disregard any middle initials (For example: "SMITH, JOHN A" would transfer as, "Last Name: SMITH; First Name: JOHN"). This only applies to single letter middle initials. Some of the individuals have first names that consist of two names/words (For example: "SMITH, MARY JEAN" would transfer as, "Last Name: SMITH; First Name: MARY JEAN".
Also if two individuals are listed in one of the PDF entries, please transfer both (For example: "SMITH, JOHN & JANE" would transfer as, "Last Name: SMITH; First Name: JOHN & JANE")
I have attached one of the pages from the PDF document and of the spreadsheet format as an example of what the raw data looks like.
The accuracy of the transferred data is very important and must be the project's top priority! To ensure the accuracy of the entries I will be checking 50 listings at random at the completion of the project.
