We have an Excel quoting system with multiple sheets and many lookup tables.
We need the spreadsheet designed to do the following:
1. Save a generated quote with an auto-generated quote number and date.
2. Format this quote as a printable PDF with our company log.
3. When a quote is retrieved and amended it is automatically saved as a new quote with a new quote number.
4. When a customer accepts a quote the spreadsheet will generate:
a) factory build instructions for the units in the quote
b) an editable dispatch note with customer address.
Currently the spreadsheet generates the quote and exports as a PDF but doesn't save the quote. So every new quote is the only one in the system.
